Thank you all for your patience as we finalized the BackerKit survey.
It has been crazy to be able to organize the survey since it must be done backer by backer but it seems that we have finally obtained it and before January 15th you will receive it in your Kickstarter email.
IMPORTANT - Please read this entire update!
There is a lot of important information, as well as answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the post-campaign survey. It will take you 5 minutes tops, and ensure that any of your concerns are addressed right away. The more questions we get, the longer it takes us to get back to each backer. Please help us help you by ensuring your question has not already been answered in this update or any previous updates before contacting us - we really appreciate it.
The BackerKit Survey
Shortly after sending this Kickstarter update, we will be sending invites to all backers for the BackerKit survey. As a quick reminder - the survey is where we will be collecting all of your order information.
• Colomer& Sons X Anniversary Watch selection
• Strap selection
•Shipping Information
• Any additional watch or strap or any other item you’d like to add to your order (which we will call “Add-Ons”)
Without filling out this survey, we won’t know what to send you, or where to send it. When the BackerKit Survey is sent out, you will receive an email from “Colomer and Sons” with the Subject Line “Response Needed — Get your reward for Luxury watches, Unique designs - Handmade in Spain - Colomer & Sons.
The survey invite will be sent to the email address you used on Kickstarter to back Colomer & Sons. If you do not receive the BackerKit email by Sunday, January 15th, double-check your spam folder, and contact us at [email protected] if you still can’t find it. When you receive this email, click on “Click Here to Respond”, and you’ll be taken to a page that looks like this:
You’ll see some important information here:
• Pledge Amount - The total amount of money you pledged on Kickstarter (including Shipping Fees)
• Pledge Level - The reward package you selected on Kickstarter Select your shipping country, and click on “Get Started!” to (you guessed it) get started.
The survey is split up into four easy steps:
QUESTIONS: Where you select your watch and strap based on your pledge level
ADD-ONS:
Where you can add on more watches, straps or other items to your order. Each Add-On can be purchased at the Kickstarter price. This is your last chance to get the best possible pricing. Add-Ons will be shipped along with your Kickstarter order. If you over-pledged on Kickstarter, you will be able to use this “credit” in the Add-Ons section. If you under-pledged on Kickstarter, you will need to enter Credit Card information to pay the difference.

Where you double-check the information and confirm your order Make sure you click the “Confirm” button if everything looks good!

That’s it! Once you confirm your order, you’ll see a “Thank You” page and receive an email confirming we’ve received your order information.
Frequently Asked Questions:
What is BackerKit and why do I need to use it?
BackerKit is a service that we (as well as many other Kickstarter projects) use to streamline the survey process and manage all of your order and fulfillment details from this point forward.
What if I need to change my shipping address in the future?
No problem! For now, just enter your current shipping address. We will be sending emails asking you to confirm your shipping address before we ship your order out. If you have any address changes by then, you’ll be able to edit your shipping information before we ship your order.
Why is BackerKit asking me for my Credit Card details again, when I’ve paid on Kickstarter already?
This will only be the case if the cost of your order exceeds the amount you originally pledged on Kickstarter. You will need to pay the difference so we can finalize your order.

If they can’t answer your question right away, they’ll send it our way and we’ll be in touch! Hi there, Thanks to the idea of one of our backers @Aaron we have developed the black case for the Vintage series, they look great so we have decided to release them.
We are going to include this case in the survey, only 10 units that we will send at the end of the project so you guys could choose this beautiful black PVD case if you want it.
